This inline emulsion mixer is a high shear mixer for inline or continuous operation with special designed motor-base. In the Inline emulsifying process, this high shear mixer is installed outside the tank. Emulsion or mixture from the holding tank / mixing tank / chemical reactor flow to the inline shear mxier, pass through the rotor-stator sets and got homogenized. the mixture will finally flow back to the holding tank / mixing tank / chemical raction vessel. That means, during the homogenizing process, mixture will pass thorugh a closed circuit during the tank and inline shear pump.This makes it easy to be built into an existing production line with common inlet/outlet connections. To deal with liquid with low viscosity, the inline mixer can pump the liquid without an additional pump. That is why it is also called High Shear Pump. The mixer can be used to deal with the product in a single pass or with several circulations to make the product better.
