Multi-stage Sanitary online continuous Mixer/Emulsifier is designed as high speed, high shear mixer and emulsifier for emulsion processing. |why choose a 3 stage inline shear mixer? |
In order to make smaller droplets, higher shear is generally required. High shear rotor-stator mixers are commonly used.
These operate by pumping the emulsion phases through the narrow gap between a perforated cylinder (the stator) and the blades of a rapidly rotating stirrer housed inside it (the rotor) where the forces are sufficient to make droplets as small as around 1 μm.
Stainless steel hopper
a stainless steel hopper with about 10 to 15 liter capacity is widely used on movable and unmovable inline mixers. Powder and liquid will be "sucked" into the inline mixer together with water during the working process of the continuous high shear mixer.

A circulation pipe is a better choise together with the hopper.
It is always a good idea to use a circulation pipe together with the stainless steel hopper for on inline mixer. Circulation pipe usually installed on the emulsion outlet port with clamp fittings and valves.
Emlsuion goes into the pump housing, passes through the rotor-stator head, and get into the hopper though circulation pipe, and flow into the emulsifying pump housing again. Such circulation can be used for powder water mixing and solutions with particles. Its a high effiency accessories wich can readce the working time and minnise the waste during emulsion processing.
|Sight galssa sight glass on a inline mixer will show you the e,ulsifying process directly. It is a good idea to add a sight glass on a in line shear mixer / emulsifying pump especially when theit is used for liquid with powder or solid particles. Usually a sight glass will be installed on the emlsion inlet port of a inline mxier.|
