l Product structure

none jacketed mixing / blending tank / reactor for the water powder mixing, blending, homogenizing and dispersion in hand sanitizer making. it can be also used in hair gel production, body / facial cream making and oil / water emulsifying process.

* made by stainless steel 304 / SS316.

* with sealed top and sanitary manway on tank top. Closed design to ensure material in asepsis condition.

* one top mounting high shear mixer for homogenizing, 3000rpm speed,

(explosion-proof high shear mixers available)

* one center mounting geared motor with low speed mixing propeller

* Inlet and outlet nozzles to be clamp type.

* high viscosity or low viscosity pump for emptying available under requst

* inner surface adopts mirror polish, no dead Angle
