TRSD High Shear Dispersing Homogenizer is a combination of high speed homogenizing mxier (mixing motor, shaft, down thrust propeller, working head and mounting flange) and a dispersing disc which is mounted on the high shear mixing shaft.

To dispersing, shearing homogenizing and emulsifying in working load to get uniformly homogenizing and thoroughly emulsifying.

Installed on existing stainless-steel tank, vessel, IBC tote, plastic drum and barrels.

Main parts included in the high shear mixer / homogenizer

① the electric / pneumatic driving motor for satisfactory operation under 220V~600V voltage

② the mounting flange for easy assembly on stainless steel tanks

③ the support shafts for working head and driving motor

④ a down thrust propeller on the main rotation shaft

⑤ the rotation shaft to hold the propeller and rotor

⑥ the rotor stator assembly (working head)

⑦ the dispersing disc (sawtooth mixing blade) on the rotation shaft
