 HP-EX2-V-10KV HPEX2 series barrel pumps are designed to transfer a variety of materials from 55 gallon drums and tanks. The pump tube which is made stainless steel will be placed into the drum or barrel verticallyduring the working process. HP-EX2-V10KV is have a flow rate of 45L/min（about12 GPM）for max viscosity ten thousand CPS(10,000cps) viscosity. Flow rate is variable from 0~45 liter per minutes. The other hot sell model is HP-EX2-V25KV, suitable for liquids with max twenty-five thousand CPS (25,000cps) viscosity, and 0~26L/min (about 7GPM) flow rate. Both HP-EX2-V10KV and HP-EX2-V-25KV are recommended for intermittent duty use only. That means a 10 minutes interval for cooling off will be necessary after 30 minutes working period. |
 Stator and rotor HP-EX2-VV-10KV and HP-EX2-25KV both adobt rotor and stator structure, both are positive displacement pumps and should never be operated against shut-off elements such as nozzles, valves, etc. Failure to comply may result in excessive pressure build resulting in serious injury and pump damage. Its designed output pressure is 6bar / 87psi. |
